Chapter 2: Sadhana pada
दुःखानुशयी द्वेषः ॥८॥
duḥkha-anuśayī dveṣaḥ ||8||
"Aversion is the sequential repulsion from pain."
The purpose of this sutra is to explain the sequential nature of the arising of suffering on the ground of revulsion and hatred.
